TIARA 2023 Stratigens Talent Intelligence Award
Stratigens were sponsors of the TIARA Talent Aquisition Awards Europe in the Talent Intelligence Award category, and we were delighted to announce PayPal as the winner!
This award recognises the best deployment of or use of Talent Intelligence (data and insights) to meet the needs of the organisation's current strategy. Judges praised PayPal for developing several practical and effective measures to enable its business to compete in an aggressive market for talent, clearly demonstrating business impact on cost and hiring metrics.
