This award recognises the best deployment of or use of Talent Intelligence (data and insights) to meet the needs of the organisation's current strategy. Judges praised PayPal for developing several practical and effective measures to enable its business to compete in an aggressive market for talent, clearly demonstrating business impact on cost and hiring metrics. "Stratigens are delighted to sponsor the Talent Intelligence Award. To read how many companies are using Talent Intelligence to proactively workforce plan and to join the dots between business growth and access to skills was brilliant. There was a really high standard of entrants - well done and congratulations to all!" said Alison Ettridge, Stratigens' CEO.  A huge well done to our 2023 finalists in this category,  BP, EY and Lidl; all well deserved nominees who showed excellent use of Talent Intelligence within their organisations.
