**TIARA 2023 Stratigens Talent Solutions Innovation of the Year Award**

Stratigens were thrilled to have sponsored this years TIARA Talent Solutions Awards Europe, aimed at recognising and celebrating excellence in the recruitment and talent acquisition industry across Europe.

A huge congratulations to Resource Solutions as the winner of the Stratigens Talent Solutions Innovation of the Year Award! Judges praised Resource Solutions for a new and innovative approach to attraction, engagement and sustainability. An excellent example of innovating to support the ESG agenda, making it consistently measurable with clear context, data and research to back this up.

Well done to all our 2023 Finalists in this category Cielo Talent, Hays, Morgan McKinley and Sevenstep. It was a tough category!
