Priyaranjan Dhar has joined Talent Intuition as a Lead Data Scientist for the company’s decision intelligence software solution, Stratigens. Priyaranjan (Ranjan) will join the existing data team to shape the future capabilities of Stratigens, focusing on further development and deployment of new and innovative machine learning solutions.
At a time when disruptive forces are shaping the world of work, it’s important that companies have the right data to enable them to join the dots between workforce and workplace. Ranjan, who was at the forefront of providing data to the talent intelligence function at Philips, brings domain expertise in talent analytics and Intelligence, along with technical skills in data science to create high value decision intelligence solutions for Stratigens.
Prior to his role at Philips where he was instrumental in setting up the talent intelligence data science function, Ranjan worked at Cargill as process lead for data analytics and market intelligence in which he established a machine learning lab team for the global food and agriculture business. Ranjan began his career in data science and analytics at Gartner Talent Neuron as a data scientist.
On joining Talent Intuition Ranjan said:
