The Global Talent Intelligence Conference

“Knowledge is widely available, competencies are not. There is no talent shortage, you are just looking in the wrong place.” - Rina Joosten-Rabou, Pera

Stratigens were partners in organising the first ever in-person Global Talent Intelligence Conference, which took place 27th-28th September in Amsterdam. We were so excited to have welcomed a huge range of expert speakers from global companies including Google, PayPal, Booking.com, Amazon, Indeed and Volvo Cars.

Over the course of this two day event, these speakers shared a wealth of knowledge and unique insights gained throughout their Talent Intelligence journeys. From Megan Reif sharing what she’s learned in her time as a TI team of one at Volvo Cars, to Marlene de Koning of PwC on the transformative potential of data-driven insights in redefining HR practices, talent management and organisational success, and Sam Fletcher on the value and impact that TI has provided at PayPal.

Our CEO, Alison Ettridge, and Toby Culshaw, founder of the Talent Intelligence Collective and Global Head of Talent Intelligence at Amazon, gave a masterclass in how to use diversity data to drive realistic ambitions in your organisation, using real life examples of how this can be implemented within a company.

Attendees were able to take away actionable knowledge on how to use TI within their organisation, how to use it to inform their DE&I strategy, how to combine TI with AI to make smarter business decisions and how to use the power of external data to manage risk and reduce cost.

It was fantastic to see this first-of-its-kind event be such a huge success, and to hear from attendees that they were able to learn and gather so much valuable insight that they can now implement in their own teams. We're already looking forward to the next one!
